- Negligent failure to take proper precautions;
- In acquiring, possessing, carrying, or using;
- Any dangerous ordinance
Potential Penalties
A violation of this Ohio Law is considered a misdemeanor of the second degree and can be punished by a sentence of up to 90 days in jail and a fine of up to $750.
