Definition of Corrupting Another with Drugs
- By force, deception, or threat,
- Inducing or administering to another a controlled substance, or
- By any means,
- giving another a controlled substance thereby causing harm or addiction
Potential Penalties
Corrupting another with drugs can range from being a felony of a first degree to a felony of the fourth degree; thus, the penalties can include license suspension and a prison term of 6 months to 10 years with a maximum fine of $20,000.
