Unlawful or Improper Sale of Pseudoephedrine Product
ORC § 2925.56
Defined
- Retailer or terminal distributor of dangerous drugs,
- Knowingly,
- Selling,
- Pseudoephedrine product or ephedrine product that is greater than:
- Three and six tenths grams within a period of a single day; or
- Nine grams within a period of thirty consecutive days.
Potential Penalty
Unlawful or improper sale of pseudoephedrine product is a misdemeanor of the first, second, or third degree and can be penalized by a prison sentence of up to 180 days and a fine of up to $1000.
