10th District Court of Appeals
The 10th District Court of Appeals, comprised of 8 elected judges, is an appellate court located in Columbus Ohio. This is where an unfavorable decision from a lower court in franklin county can be re-examined in front of a panel of 3 judges. Here, the jury is left out because this court only re-examines an interpretation of law as decided by a judge in a lower court.
